    Item Confirmation

    Prior to the shift, customers must submit a detailed inventory list with the corresponding pictures or schedule a physical visit.  

    Any items that were not confirmed prior to the shift and added during the shift will incur extra charges.  

    Society / Building Certificate (NOC)

    It is the customer who is responsible for securing the NOC (No Objection Certificate) or Move-Out Certificate from the society or the building management.  

    Any delays or problems that arise due to not having the NOC will have to be handled and solved by the customer.  

    Rescheduling & Delays

    A customer who wish to reschedule or delay the shifting is asked to do so a full 24 hours in advance.  

    Additional charges will be assessed if the team arrives on the given date and schedule and is unable to perform the shift.  

    Cancellation Policy

    Late cancellations will now be considered and charge the client for up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled shift date.  

    In case the cancellation is done on the same day as the scheduled shift, the penalty fee or visit charges will be charged.

    Customer Responsibility

    The customer is responsible for the proper packing of the items, unless packaging services have been purchased.  

    The customer is required to inform us if there are any fragile items, such as glass, electronics, and other decorations.

    Payment Terms

    Full payment is required on the day of the shifting and can be done either in advance or as per the terms of the agreement.  

    Extra and additional charges may apply for more additional items or services.

    Limitation of Liability

    We are not responsible for any damage done to your belongings that is not the result of our negligence in the shifting process.
